Use this thread to post a screenie of your UI, and make sure you list what add-ons you use to make it look so awesome.
I'm not going to start since I am at work, but I will post mine tomorrow.

I have basically the same setup as Reactor apparently, maybe thats a side effect of also being a clicker... (xperl, bartender, omen, recount, and Runewatch)

LoL.. That is what I use for everything.

I am actually half button, half click.. I usually keep my most used or rotational skills on the first 6 buttons, and click everything else.. Usually grouping things up by category.. Like my Holy Group heals on top left, and buffs and group buffs on the top right.. xDD I actually don't use that many gameplay add-ons.. I play the game RAW!!

Still getting rid of my extra clutter (all the bars on the left side of the screen). I haven't decided what to do with dotimer (or get another dot/cd timer). And I have two raid cd windows because they pick up different things for some reason (more work in the config stuff).

Decursive (going to get rid of it, haven't paid attention to it since xperl lights up)

Clique (adds click functionality for player/npc frames so my ui works like healbot)

ArkInventory (bag organizing by item type plus viewing alts/bank/gbank from anywhere)
MikScrollingBattleText
Shockandawe (for dps'ing as enhance)

Then the usual raid stuff (dbm, ora, recount...)

For my setup I target a tank (whoever I put Earth Shield on, or my assigned tank if I'm not just on raid heals). Use 1-4 on my keyboard to heal the tank while using my mouse to left/middle/right click/shift+click raid members to heal them.

The 3 bigger frames above the raid are myself, target, and focus target. Below target is target's target, and target's target's target, so I can see when the boss changes targets to the other tank, tap 'f' twice and the new tank becomes my target.

All of the stuff above the chat box will be removed eventually. I never need any of it.

Got Riptide, LHW, HW, CH, and NS keyed to 1 through 5 on Mouse Over macros that will work with grid. Then I use Clique to assign Earth Shield, Cleanse Spirit, and Ancestral spirit to shift + click mouse overs.

There's mine, using a ton of addons collectively grouped as Syronius of Kilroggs Ultimate Shaman UI. Scaled everything to my liking after installing the bundle and got rid of some of the ones I don't use and then got some others that I do and he didn't include. It would really be easier for y'all to ask what an addon is and I can tell you from there than list all of them.

What is the big cooldown bar above your raid frames? I've seen that in some videos but couldn't figure what addon it was. Also what are the three dots (addon & functionality)?

The Cooldown bar is a 60 second cooldown bar, it shows my buffs/debuffs/ and cooldowns and when they get below 60 seconds they start sliding along that bar. As you can see the seconds are spaced out so they slide slowly in the beginning and the intervals shorten from there.

The dots is a Power Auras setup. The Top left(light green dot) is Mana Tide CD watcher. When it is full like that it is ready for use, if I've used it it is an open circle with a timer 4:54 for example. The lower left, purple, is Riptide Cooldown, again, full is ready and CD is open with a timer.

If I have Tidal Waves procs to use, from riptide or chain heal, a dot will appear in the middle with a full circle with an outer ring(3 procs), full circle(2), open circle(1), and when I have none, like in the SS it is non existent. The lower right dot, brown, is Earth Shield and how many procs. If I don't have an ES on anyone, it is an open red dot with the message, NO EARTH SHIELD, next to it. The top Right dot is Nature's Swiftness akin to Mana Tide mentioned above.

Also, if I need to put up water shield, a big red WS icon will bounce above the Blue Dot with the Message, MISSING WATER SHIELD.
